Working place: Manchester

) 100% accurate picking, packing and dispatch of a range of E-Parts products.Schedule and dispatch workers, work crews, equipment, or service vehicles to appropriate locations according to customer requests, specifications, or needs.

2) Arrange for necessary repairs in order to restore service and schedules.

3) Relay work orders, messages, and information to or from work crews, supervisors, and field inspectors.

4) Confer with customers or supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems, and requests for service or equipment.

5) Prepare daily work and run schedules.

6) Receive or prepare work orders.To develop productive working relationships and communicate effectively with colleagues, managers and all other personnel.

Job Requirements:

1. Good IT skills which should include Excel, Word, and Outlook. Able to quickly grasp our Dispatch system with all outgoing products.

2. Show attention to detail and the ability to follow processes and procedures 100% accurately. Excellent Numerical skills.

3. Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow. Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees.

4. Good understanding of the Chinese and English language, both written and verbal.

5. Be a team player and demonstrate positive thinking, a good work ethic and company loyalty and can be flexible working.

6. Previous experience is preferred but not essential. Properly training will be given.
