Job description
This is an exciting, fast paced and client-facing role. We are looking for a confident, dynamic and outgoing individual. You will have effective time-management and organisational skills, enjoy the challenge of managing a busy work calendar and be a great people person.
The candidate will be well-presented and comfortable using their own initiative on a daily basis. This role is crucial to the running of the business, therefore portraying a high quality first impression to all clients and candidates is essential.
We are looking for a graduate as this is a 3 - 9 month work-experience role which, depending upon performance, could lead to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
· PA to the 3 Directors
· Greeting guests, processing all room bookings, and general management of the meeting rooms
· Assisting the operations team on a daily basis
· Proof reading, creating and/or formatting documents in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
· Upkeep of the office
· Directors expenses
· Ad hoc duties on a day to day basis
