Explore the Opportunity. As a Talent Management Intern working in our Talent Management & Organization Alignment practice (TMOA), you will be primarily responsible for:
· Assisting the team in analysis and development of key internal initiatives
· Participating on teams (e.g., being part of calls, developing documents, etc.) to deliver solutions for key projects (both internal and for clients, as needed)
· Helping with project management activities as needed on assigned projects
The Role
Love your work . You will assist our Consultants with key initiatives and client projects (as appropriate) in efforts to attract, retain and engage talent by developing and implementing innovative and practical solutions. Solutions can be broad in nature (e.g., talent management strategy learning and development strategy, improved performance, employee value propositions strategic work force planning) or more narrow (e.g., performance management redesign, succession planning, talent reviews, leadership development).
Some of your main responsibilities will be as follows:
· Perform analyses and support industry and key topic research
· Draft documents presenting the team’s analytical work
· Participate in planning meetings, assist with roll out, develop recommendations, etc. for key internal initiatives
· Support TMOA operational and strategic planning
· Partner with consultants to design solutions on client projects, as appropriate
Gain exposure to and develop skills in the areas of HR function effectiveness, organization design, and a range of talent management programs (e.g. performance management, career management, etc.)
The Requirements
· Progress towards a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology/Sociology, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or any other major with significant qualitative and quantitative course work, and a minimum GPA of 3.0
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Excellent Microsoft Office skills; experience creating and making presentations to all levels of management
· Experience creating and making presentations to all levels of management
· Strong project management, analytical, and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
