The Business


The Talent & Rewards business combines advisory services, data and software to provide clients with integrated solutions that address their most complex human capital challenges. The Talent Line of Business consists of 3 practices: Talent Management & Organizational Alignment (TM&OA), Communication & Change Management (C&CM) and Employee Insights (EI).
In TM&OA, we help our clients utilize evidence-based and data-driven approaches to define talent management strategies and programs that enable a client ‘ s business to deliver results. In C&CM we focus on communication and change management, helping our clients and colleagues utilize digital strategies to transition to a successful future state. Our Employee Insights (EI) practice draws primarily on employee survey research to help organizations increase their business performance. Our focus is beyond individual processes – we partner with our clients to achieve transformational change through integrated, systems oriented approaches.
We are organized as a Benelux-Nordics team. As such, we provide advice to the largest (listed) companies in Belgium, The Netherlands, and the Nordics. In addition, we partner with colleagues across the globe on a daily basis to support our global and multinational clients.

The Role

In our Talent and Rewards Team, you will experience an international, high demanding and high energy environment. You get to work on multiple projects, both with national and international clients. You will be primarily responsible for assisting in the delivery of large, strategic client engagements and project managing smaller client engagements. We offer you a very steep learning curve, and we also expect you to create and grab opportunities whenever they arise!

A few examples of areas you could be working in include:

·  Assisting clients in their efforts to attract, retain and engage talent by developing and implementing innovative and practical Talent Management, Human Capital, and related solutions
·  Establishing collaborative relationships with clients
·  Partnering with junior and senior team members and clients on complex communication challenges
·  Helping and guiding clients in transitions and change projects
·  Designing and project managing an employee engagement survey
·  Advising clients on their survey results
·  Supporting junior consultants in their development.

The Requirements

You have a Master ‘ s degree, MBA or Ph.D. in for example (but not limited to) psychology, business administration, marketing and communication, etc. You have 3-5 years of experience in talent management and have strong project management and analytical skills. You are extremely curious about what makes people tick and you are eager to help them thrive in their job and organisation. You are good at building relationships, both internally and externally.

You deliver top quality, are proactive and flexible and definitely have a can do mentality. You are enthusiastic, a team player, creative and able to think out of the box.

We expect you to speak at least one language next to English fluently, the more the better.
