The Role
Overview of the role:
As a Summer Intern in our Talent & Rewards business, you will get a chance to work on a variety of projects and related assignments to the practice areas mentioned above. You will serve as a key resource for the Senior Analyst/ Consultant in charge of each of your engagements.
· Provide research support to projects by searching information from available sources and collating research information
· Partner with consultants and clients to design strategies to attract, reward and retain talent
Develop technical knowledge surrounding Talent and Rewards business
· Assisting in design of research data collection instruments e.g. questionnaires;
· Assisting in data and database management, including data validation, screening and batching of survey questionnaires;
· Conducting statistical analyses of compensation and other data;
· Drafting insightful and logical presentations and reports;
· Assisting in preparation of exhibits and recommendation for client reports;
Providing project administration support to a range of compensation and organization effectiveness-related consulting projects.
The Requirements
The Requirements:
· Pursuing Graduation in commerce, mathematics, statistics, economics, business management or psychology with excellent academic background.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Strong analytical skills
Other Skills
· Strong working knowledge of software applications for analysis and reporting, particularly MS Excel
· Strong attention to detail
· Good analytical and research capabilities with the ability to challenge conventional thinking
· Self-driven achiever with a value for teamwork, collaboration, decisiveness, integrity in all that is done
· Analytical; able to draw conclusions from data in a logical and systematic way
· Conceptual; ability to go beyond the details and see the big picture.
· Ability to acquire, share, and disseminate new information and knowledge
