The Role

The Business

Create your future. Freberg Environmental is an insurance program manager that specializes in developing, marketing and underwriting environmental insurance programs. We have a unique opportunity for a results-oriented individual to work as an Actuarial Intern in our Denver office this summer.

Explore an opportunity. As a Freberg Environmental Summer Intern, you will work beside work beside some of the industry’s top consultants while you progress toward becoming a thought leader of the future.

Love your work. Youwill partner with consultants toprovide support on projects through:

·  Review, organize and analyze statistical data
·  Create spreadsheets and reports
·  Generate PowerPoint Presentations, as requested
·  Complete assigned projects, which may include: data modeling and analysis, industry research and other various topics
·  The intern will work closely with FEI’s actuarial analyst
·  This is a 20 hour per week position

The Requirements

·  Rising junior or senior enrolled in a bachelors program studying a form of Business, Actuarial Science, Economics, Risk Management, Statistics or relevant field or any other major with significant quantitative course work with a minimum overall GPA of 3.0
·  Data analysis and experience with data base tools
·  Analytical skills, ability to multi-task and manages time well
·  Organized with a solid work ethic solutions to exceed the standards of the client Ability to be a Solid communication and presentation skills
·  Proficient with Information Technology, particularly Microsoft Office Products.
·  Knowledge of SQL a plus
·  Ability to work independently and deliver results
