JOB DESCRIPTION

The Willis Towers Watson Global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence provides state of the art, full life-cycle recruiting services. We partner with business leaders to define recruiting needs and develop a clear and comprehensive plan for achieving them. We develop attraction and sourcing strategies, create employment value propositions and recruiting tools, manage a streamlined interview process and effectively close and onboard candidates – at both the university and experienced hire levels

The Role

The Talent Acquisition (TA) / Recruitment Team Administrator will be responsible for supporting the GB Recruiting team. This will include:

·  Ensure an outstanding candidate experience by responding to general queries
·  Support the recruiters to ensure they are able to best manage their work load
·  Sourcing and screening for junior positions
·  Supporting recruiters with telephone interviews
·  Updating and uploading job descriptions on to our applicant tracking system
·  Recruitment administration such as organisation of meetings, processing of TA agency invoices
·  Organising, preparing materials and attending experienced hire career fairs
·  Recruitment advertising and marketing support
·  Run resident labour market test’s on external adverts when necessary (to support visa applications)
·  Support the Global HR Services Team with queries on and issues with pending hires onboarding and background checks
·  Executive Level interview scheduling
·  Liaising with finance in relation to cross charging TA costs back to the business
·  Triage support using a service central system with TA operational queries
·  Build relationships across the TA function, regions and wider HR team to support the ‘one HR’ approach to servicing the business
·  Provide training to team members on our systems (Taleo, Equest, MS office etc.) as needed
·  Support graduate recruitment at peak times

The Requirements 

·  Solid work experience conducting recruitment administration either in house or in an agency environment 
·  Recruitment experience would be a strong advantage and a genuine interest in Talent Acquisition
·  Able to work in a pressurised and fast paced yet supportive environment
·  Knowledge of recruitment processes and principles
·  Experience of multi-tasking and juggling conflicting priorities
·  Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills – both face to face and on the telephone
·  Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
·  Strong oral and written communication skills
·  A high level of accuracy
·  A thorough and proactive approach
·  Ability to prioritise your own workload and work on your own iniaitive
·  Knowledge of Application Tracking System (Taleo) would be advantageous
·  Proficiency in office software/systems (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
·  A good working knowledge of MS Outlook including booking meetings for multiple locations and time zones
