The Business
Real Estate and Workplace Solutions (RE&WS) are responsible for the working environment at Willis
Towers Watson – the day-to-day and our global workplace vision. Our buildings, reception, workplaces
and workspaces, catering, meeting spaces, mail, business continuity, safety and security – RE&WS
manage all of these and more for the benefit of our colleagues, clients, businesses and functions.
RE&WS also works closely with the Records Management team, and is playing a key role in our
integration and delivering significant cost-savings to the company.

As a RE&WS Intern, you will have immediate exposure to real-time projects
and evolving workplace techniques which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your
ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and present results. These experiences will help build your
technical knowledge and overall industry expertise.

You will partner with industry leaders to provide support on projects through:

Project Photo Library – Choose platform and organise recent project photos for easy global
team access

Property & Project Portal (P3) Updates – Add client/stakeholders to active and forecast
projects, insert approve READs into projects,

FreeSpace Sensors – Utilisation trends, floor plan mapping, standardization of workplace
settings for live sites

Post Occupancy Evaluations (POEs) – cataloguing data used to build site-level reports,
adding reports to P3 when complete.

New Ways to Work Testimonial Videos – Identify advocates for NWTW programme (through
change managers and real estate managers)

Evacuation Plans for buildings – Partner with Facilities Services to create and log evacuation
maps for live sites (by geography?)

Furniture Catalogue – Build product catalogue as a supplement to Global Design Guidelines,
purpose for interior designers to choose well-known and liked products to save procurement
time.

Headcount / Stack Plan Analysis for NYC Project – Needs to be revisited and tidied up in
preparation for consolidation in August 2018.

About you.

·  Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, in penultimate year of study
·  Self-starter, agile learner, adaptable
·  Analytical/problem solving skills
·  Ability to work in teams and cultivate relationships, but also to be a self-starter and work
·  independently
·  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
·  Work experience that demonstrates strong technical and/or client
