The Business

Willis Towers Watson’s Consumer Directed Accounts (Acclaris) enables our clients to transform the way they offer and administer consumer-driven health (CDH) and reimbursement accounts, maximizing their revenue and profit opportunity. Our integrated end-to-end operations, consumer focus and true private label approach helps our clients increase revenue and lower costs, while delivering market-leading CDH products and services under their own brand. Consumer Directed Accounts (Acclaris) currently powers and serves many industry leaders (Financial Institutions, HROs, TPAs and Health Plans) in the CDH and reimbursement account space.

The Role

We are looking for an individual who is highly self-motivated and creates energetic atmosphere surrounding him/her through work ethics. This person will be responsible for performing financial reconciliation including but not limited to journal entry processing, risk analysis. The position will be responsible to coordinate and address daily deliverables and client requests to meet the SLAs & internal Quality targets.

·  Responsible for developing understanding of the Acclaim platform, an in-house solution designed to manage reimbursement administration for a multitude of different reimbursement plans including HSA (Health Savings Accounts), FSA (Flexible Spending Arrangement / Accounts), HRA (Health Reimbursement Arrangement) and other consumer driven healthcare reimbursement type accounts.
·  Responsible for day to day activities as assigned
·  Responsible for managing cash balance of multiple bank accounts through accounting of daily financial activities, post and balance subsidiary ledger (s) and perform reconciliation
·  Responsible for resolving outstanding reconciliation items on time
·  Responsible for maintaining Quality targets defined for the department on a month on month basis.

The Requirements

·  0-2 years of relevant experience in banking, treasury or accounting
·  Good knowledge of accounting principles
·  Good communication skills
·  Ownership and accountability to drive tasks through completion
·  Available to work flexible hours, including night shift
·  Adaptive to cross cultural requirements
·  Capacity to rapidly learn new processes & software
·  Must be a fast learner, highly motivated, adaptable, flexible, self-sufficient and able to produce quality results in an evolving, fast paced environment
