The Business


Willis Towers Watson’s Insurance Consulting and Technology business helps clients improve business performance. We use our deep analytical skills to solve practical business problems, applying the latest techniques and software solutions to help clients measure and manage risk and capital, grow revenue and create competitive advantage.

The Role

Your main responsibilities will be as follows :

·  Delivering support that meets or exceeds expectations
·  Providing high level administrative support to members of the leadership team, including complex diary management, room reservation conference calls, domestic and international travel, voicemail and timesheet management, expense claims, telephone liaison and assisting in any other administrative related matters, as required
·  Assisting in the preparation of client billing information and invoices for authorisation by Senior Consultants
·  Updating leads on our in-house Client Information System (CIS), in addition to general maintenance of client data
·  Partnering with Consultants throughout the Project Lifecycle including, project setup, contracting, client deliverables, billing and invoicing, filing and project close
·  Assisting with Professional Excellence – ensuring we conform to all quality procedures
·  Maintaining filing on our SharePoint site, understanding corporate records management policies and filing standards (electronic and paper)
·  Uploading documents and information to our internal databases
·  Preparing and distributing papers for internal and external meetings
·  Preparing PowerPoint presentations
·  Producing word documents – letters, reports, proposals while ensuring documents
·  Producing excel spreadsheets and pivot tables
·  Attending meetings and training sessions as appropriate
·  Working within an established admin team and providing cover and support when required

The Requirements

·  It is essential that the successful candidate is technically very capable and is highly proficient in MS Word, Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.
·  Ability to learn and adapt to using proprietary software (Oracle, CIS)
·  Excellent administration skills including ability to organise and prioritise to successfully meet conflicting deadlines and multiple tasks. A methodical approach to monitoring and managing workflow
·  Accurate typing and data entry with excellent grammar and spelling
·  Effective and confident oral and written communication skills with a pro-active approach
·  Flexible, adaptable and a good team player with excellent people skills and the confidence to work with clients and colleagues at all levels
·  Ability to follow Willis Towers Watson’s systems and processes
·  Confident dealing with numbers and spreadsheets
·  Highly organised, monitoring and managing multiple tasks and stake-holders and a proven ability to work in a demanding environment
·  Flexibility to work between Reigate and London
