The Role


Our Health and Benefits business helps large and mid-size clients control health and welfare plan costs. We provide solutions encompassing creative plan design, vendor evaluation and management, pricing and funding strategies, data analytics, valuation support, compliance and governance strategies. We also provide Specialty consulting services including clinical/health management program design, pharmacy solutions, disability/absence management strategies and claims audit services

The H&B Account Executive focused on supporting Client Managers and Sr. Client Managers to ensure effective and efficient delivery of client services, also in providing the products and services required by our clients, and will communicate regularly with clients handled by the team. 

Responsibilities 
·  Resolving day to day client inquiries. Support the Client Managers in meetings with clients as required. Maintain direct contact with clients as agreed with the Team Leader or Client Manager.
·  Initial client set-up and collection of relevant data, maintenance of activities associated with our internal accounting/tracking system (IBIS),
·  Ensure the Client Advocates are fully informed of revenue and margin requirements in order to deliver agreed level of service to clients, and support the Client Managers in meetings to this end.
·  Implement and maintains compliance systems in accordance with the Willis Excellence Model.
·  Liaise with local Placement Specialists and Technical teams as necessary.
·  Identify and pursue cross selling and referral opportunities with own clients.
·  Prepare Client Service Agreements for own clients, including renewal documents, stewardship reports and client feedback reports as required by Client Service Agreements.

The Requirements
·  2+ years of employee benefits industry experience in the areas of benefits with demonstrated technical knowledge, renewal underwriting and claims analysis.
·  Working knowledge of all employer-sponsored health and welfare plans
·  Understanding of large, complex employers
·  Outstanding communication skills
·  Ability to work within a team
·  Strong Excel skills
