The Role

This role operates from within our Client Function. The Client Function operates across all segments of our business, bringing the best of all of our services and offerings to our clients and prospects. With a specific focus on business growth though clients and prospects, this role will be responsible for bringing together data sources and develop PowerBI models, ultimately providing our leadership teams with the analytics and insights to drive the right behaviours and work towards success.

·  Map data from several CRM systems, billing systems, budgeting systems
·  Develop sales focussed Power BI models
·  Deliver Sales KPI focussed analytics and insights to the business
·  Act as a process subject matter expert for all Client Function data needs
·  Actively manage and resolve data related issues to maintain service standards and deliver value
·  Identification and implementation of process improvements and other change initiatives to help improve the client function

The Requirements

·  Experience in data analysis and KPI reporting
·  Background in project management or business analyst experience is a plus
·  Strong competency on PowerBI, capable to build models (experience with DAX)
·  Highly competent in Excel
·  Strong communication and organisational skills
·  Attention to detail
·  Problem-solving aptitude
·  BSc/BA in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Management or a related field
