The Business
Willis Towers Watson’s Data Services Client Care Unit is currently seeking candidates for the position of Client Care Associate. This position will be responsible for responding to client/participant inquiries regarding Willis Towers Watson compensation surveys and products. Additional emphasis for the role will include reaching out to clients to encourage participation and purchase of our product portfolio.
The Role
· Develop an understanding of our product portfolio to assist clients with their participation and purchase decisions.
· Correspond with new and existing clients about our compensation survey products and online services. Build (increase) new participation in our surveys. Build (increase) our renewal rate for existing participants in our surveys. Promote additional products to our existing participants.
· Learn our custom client relationship management system and manage assigned accounts utilizing this shared database as your central resource.
· Conduct over-the-phone or Web demonstrations of our web-based products, where required.
· Establish relationships with other key associates within Willis Towers Watson in order to build a sales channel that will promote our product portfolio
The Client Care Associate will actively participate in and contribute to ongoing projects and enhancement initiatives within the group to maintain and improve client satisfaction.
