The Business


The Willis Towers Watson Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence provides state of the art, full life-cycle recruiting services. We partner with business leaders to define recruiting needs and develop a clear and comprehensive plan for achieving them. We develop attraction and sourcing strategies, create employment value propositions and recruiting tools, manage a streamlined interview process and effectively close and on-board candidates at the experienced hire level.

The Role

The Role:
The Cross Segment Recruiter, based in our Naerum/Copenhagen office, will be responsible for managing and supporting Willis Towers Watson’s recruitment efforts for our Nordic Countries (Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland) as well as further European countries as and when needed. This will include specific assignment management for graduate and lower level experienced hire roles as well as screening and sourcing for mid-level and executive level positions.

Performance Objectives
Excellence

·  Contribute to the creation of role profiles, screening, assessment and other tools and resources used in execution of the recruiting strategy
·  Champion and support and embed Willis Towers Watson recruitment approaches and tools
·  Manage the entire life cycle of the recruiting process for assigned graduate and experienced-level job openings:
·  Partner with hiring managers to establish overall recruiting strategy for a search
·  Source candidates based upon a broad based strategy with a focus on direct sourcing
·  Coordinate and attend career fairs and other campus events, assessment, receptions/dinners, intern and graduate induction, etc.
·  Screen candidates against specific selection criteria, complete written evaluations and share with hiring teams
·  Manage the interview process, ensuring that the hiring team is properly prepared and candidates are properly and comprehensively evaluated as well as “sold” on the opportunity. Where necessary attend interviews and conduct online assessments
·  Manage candidates through the process, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience
·  Develop competitive offers, manage offer extensions and effectively close candidates
·  Ensure that new hires are properly on boarded

People

·  Proactively work with the regional recruiters and local HR Advisors to ensure that they are up to date with recruiting activities
·  Work with other team members to provide support as necessary
·  Collaborate with Inclusion and Diversity team in order to meet diversity, gender and other specific recruiting goals

Clients

·  Support the Recruitment Leaders to establish recruiting goals and projections
·  Support broader HR team with information requests and advice
·  Partner with interview teams and hiring managers to appropriately evaluate and manage candidates through the interview process
·  Communicate progress to hiring managers concerning status of one’s own searches and articulate plans to adjust activity where necessary
·  Ensure an outstanding candidate experience
·  Manage relationships effectively with hiring managers
·  Manage relationships effectively with contacts at universities
·  Proactively follow up on interview requests and other information requests

Financial

·  Meet or exceed recruiting metrics including number of hires, cost per hire, etc.
·  Promote low cost direct sourcing strategies wherever suitable
·  Consistently explore new and innovative approaches that reduce recruiting costs while maintaining high quality support
·  Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence

The Requirements

·  In house recruitment experience, preferably gained within a professional services company, e.g. a management consultancy, or experience of recruiting professional roles for a reputable recruitment agency
·  Recruiting experience for multiple countries across Europe, ideally Sweden and Denmark
·  Good knowledge of recruitment processes and principles
·  Excellent candidate management and assessment skills
·  Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills
·  Excellent organisational abilities and flexibility to work in a performance driven environment managing multiple project priorities
·  Fluent oral and written communication skills in English and at least one (or more) Scandinavian languages
·  Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
·  Good working knowledge of Recruitment Management Systems and online assessment tools are an advantage
·  Proficiency in office software/systems (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
·  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in human resources, business or related field preferred
·  Able to multi-task and think on your feet
·  Team player
