JOB DESCRIPTION

Summary of the Role

The Client Service Support team works directly with our clients; and it supports the wider Specialist Portfolio Solutions (SPS) team as well as colleagues from a variety of disciplines including Strategists, Client Leads, Research, Business Development, Marketing and Consultant and Intermediary Relations.

The Role

Client Focus

·  Deliver client service for SPS clients
·  Address client queries promptly, consistently, accurately and efficiently
·  Management of ad hoc projects and client communications
·  Prepare, review and dispatch client reporting documents, trustee meeting papers and client communications
·  Maintain management information about our clients and distribution lists
·  Assist in on-boarding prospective clients swiftly
·  Work with Portfolio Specialists to deliver pooled fund distribution reporting to Directors
·  Work with Portfolio Specialists to deliver and review (T/C/E) pooled fund Report and Accounts
·  Ensure that pooled fund data is distributed in a timely fashion, for example to eVestment, Bloomberg, and the Consultant and Intermediary Relations team,
·  Ensure Fund Accounting and other relevant parties have clients’ current fee scales
·  Prepare, maintain and double-check data used in external materials
·  Coordination of data storage and collection

·  Ability to take ownership for certain projects, delivering work on time
·  Build strong relationships internally in the Investment team
·  Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels
·  Liaise with members of Willis Towers Watson’s wider business in order to gain the necessary data and understanding of the client’s needs

The Requirements

·  Degree level education, ideally with relevant experience within an asset management / investment consulting environment
·  Self-starter who is adaptive, fast-learning, responsive, reliable, extremely well-organized, detail-oriented and committed to accuracy
·  Strong communication skills
·  Exceptional project management skills
·  Exceptional aptitude for following up and following through on assigned tasks
·  Knowledge from a previous role producing marketing content and sales aides would be advantageous as would some project management experience
·  Interest in investment issues and desire to deepen knowledge over time.
·  Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
·  Functional with the internet/intranet and proprietary software
