The Role

This position is responsible for receipt claims, its analysis and monitoring the process with each of the insurance companies related to Corporate Clients, in the line of business of property and casualty claims. Main activities are focused on operational hub claims.
• Main activities done by this position are:
– Receiving documents for claims and claims classification
– Check eligibility for claims according to the line of business
– Verification of coverage in the placement slip and policy.
– Registration and updating the claim
– Analysis and formalization of the claim
– Business Notification to insurance companies claims department
– Tracking of the claims to: Insurance, Clients
– Review claims settlement issued by insurers.
– Review adjustments made by the adjusters.
– Internal Client attention
– Creates Reports of claims by clients and by management team.
– Operational support in the absence of any of the members of the Group.
– Meeting with adjusters (when necessary).

The Requirements

• At least, Two years of experience in the insurance sector
• Windows programs knowledge.
• Negotiation skills and results orientation.
• Skills to daily follow up area indicators.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter attitude and ability to work within ambiguity.
• Flexibility and proven ability to diagnose and resolve issues.
• Strong analytical and creative skills.
• Continuous improvement mind-set – increasing task efficiency and effectiveness with each repetition and making recommendations for process improvement.
• Strong client relationship, interpersonal and team skills.
• Ability to work both independently and on client teams. Also ability to work under a pressure environment.
• Sense of accountability; owning one’s work and taking pride in it.
