JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the delivery of the agreed upon service to the client(s). Provide operational/transactional support including, record keeping, transition processing, and managing other transactional-based services. For transaction-based positions, work requests are typically not received directly from the client but rather through a predefined system or on a predefined schedule. Interaction with the client may be limited to receiving data, e-mails or collecting predefined data. Responsible for upholding the Service Level Agreements (SLAs), tracking volumes, auditing transactions, and achieving a high level of client satisfaction. Works closely with Client Relationship Managers or Operational Managers to resolve issues and identify opportunities for increasing the value of the service to the client(s).
The Role
This role will be an integral part of a global service delivery team that will support and deliver solutions in an efficient and capable manner to clients around the world with the upmost of quality.
Performance Objectives
· Configure software platforms for client implementation on consumer-centric benefits program.
· Process client benefit plan configuration changes for clients on as-needed basis.
· Identify process improvements, recommend solutions, implement changes and sustain results.
· Attend all mandatory in-service training and regularly attend team meetings.
· Review requests consultatively – guide internal customers on the best way to accomplish a task or implement a requirement.
· Generate and analyze reports for management and service teams.
· Use web-based software applications and Microsoft Office productivity tools, i.e. Excel, Word, Access
· Assist in troubleshooting enrollment-related technology issues

· Communicates effectively with project teams
· Attends team meetings as required representing project status and state

· Works closely with Configuration Team members to deliver the best results to the client
· Participates in business community and meetings consistently promotes teamwork in all daily activities
Excellence
· Participates in the development and support of solutions to solve our clients’ Human Resources needs in a team-based environment
· Analyzes and administer plan design documentation and business processes
· Develops comprehensive test plans for various project phases
· Performs comprehensive testing for overall quality assurance
· Provides ongoing technical and configuration support
· Defines and updates system configuration as needed
· Ensures the system performs according to client approved specifications and product standards
· Tracks project status and communicates status to project management as appropriate
· Maintains project issues log to track ongoing items for review and resolution by project
· Assists with coordination and scheduling of project team deliverables
· Alerts team about out-of-scope work in a timely manner
· Works with team to identify project deliverables and meets established deadlines
· Assists in maintaining standardized work processes, tools, and methodologies.• Follows line of business processes and protocols for the deployment of client solutions
· Participates proactively with project teams as required
The Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems or related area
· Experience or training in: RDBMS, SQL, Web-based applications and tools is preferred
· Experience with test plan creation, testing procedures and test plan execution is preferred
· Experience in the Financials, Human Resources or Benefits domain areas is preferred, but not required
· Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
· Experience working with the US and/or UK clients/vendors is preferred
· Ability to work on “virtual” teams with members from different geographic areas
· Ability to multi-task, and be mindful of deadlines
· Self-motivated and ability to remain focused on assigned projects
