It’s a really fun, vibrant environment and there’s lots of variety. You’ll work hard, sharing your knowledge with customers and keeping the shop clean, tidy and inviting. You’ll need to work well in a team or on your own, and be happy taking on additional responsibilities such as opening and closing the shop.

As Deputy Manager, it’s your job to lead from the front, ensuring that your Customer Service Assistants create the right environment for both customers and colleagues and that they exceed their performance targets. Your role will involve coaching, developing and managing a team of Customer Service Assistants- making sure each individual meets their full potential and driving the business forward.
