Paid Marketing Internship

Job description

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our London based marketing function to complete a paid internship.

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated marketing intern to work with a new, highly motivated and super smart marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with marketing event production
Research new event opportunities and suppliers
Create reports of sales & CRM campaigns and events
Manage the invoice process by tracking and logging all invoices and working closely with finance to get payments fast-tracked whenever necessary
Assist with contact data maintenance
Assist with management of creative requests/design requirements
Support with research to build on the marketing plans such as new social media and content developments
Assist with the social media schedule, leading on content creation ideas, and reporting back on engagement performance of posts and competitions
Copywriting and content production
Redesign of sales and customer presentation and email templates
Maintenance of the marketing resources and collateral

Copy writing skills to be able to support our internal copywriter and review social posts
A "can-do" attitude, an adventurous, entrepreneurial and innovative marketer
The ability to work independently
A strong interest in education
Excellent organisation skills, with the ability to multi-task
The ability to contribute fresh and innovative ideas
Commercial awareness
