Subtitling Intern

Job description

White Label Productions is looking for an intern to support its growing subtitling and closed captioning department across a wide range of film, television, theatre and entertainment projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a creative agency based in a busy, Central London office, reporting to the Subtitling Manager and the Director of Product Management.

The ideal candidate will have an interest in subjects as diverse as opera, classical music, Shakespearean literature, UK and US TV series, and independent film and will be intelligent, pragmatic and organised with the ability to prioritise work, as well as having excellent attention to detail. An excellent command of English is required.

During your internship, you will be responsible for creating and checking subtitles for various projects and aiding in the supply of files in the required formats, as well as checking the final product (full training on subtitle software will be given). You will also aid in the coordination of freelancers’ work and provide general administrative support to the department.

Remuneration: expenses.
6 month duration
