Customer Relationship Manager that loves talking to people like a human, instead of some faceless call centre droid - and wants to be part of something awesome.

About Us
We're WeVee.

We're trying to increase the adoption of electric cars in our communities dramatically. Electric vehicles are our future, and the faster we adopt them, the faster we have cleaner air, save money, and become an even more awesome country.

Our part in that is bringing all the electric cars into one place and enabling you to see how an electric car fits into your life with 7-day test drives. Educate you by cutting through all the technical jargon and staying the phone as long as you need. And if or when the time comes, we help you buy or lease a new EV without the hassle of the traditional financing.

Basically, we care about helping people.
Because we are real people, everyday people, that are living out our awesome everyday lives, like everyone else. And we want someone to help us make it a bit easier. Someone to help us save money, put us first and do some of the leg work so we can spend that much more time hanging with friends, playing with the kids or sitting on the couch doing nothing.

It seems that people are liking that point of view and are keen to get an electric car from us. So keen that we need more people - like right now.

The Role
We need some positive, friendly, happy to chat, happy to help, happy to listen, happy people to help WeVee customers.

We'd catch you up on all the electric car and leasing stuff. It's pretty straight forward. Then you'll start chatting with folks. Answering questions. Complain about the weather together. Talk about the benefits of electric cars. Understand what they need and see if an electric is right for them right now. If it's not that's cool BTW.

Then, if they want a quote you'll get the information we need to get it and hand it off to our quoting and ordering department. They're very cool, very nice, very cool people. That's right, they're cool – times two.

We want people that speak plainly. That naturally treat people like people, not a sales lead. If you're known to be an approachable, patient, helpful person with great energy, then you're already halfway there.

The other half? Hard to describe. It's like a secret potion. A dollop of passion. A pinch of humility. A big spoonful of curiosity and a willingness to learn. And probably a concentrated drop of an undefinable magnetism.

Desired profile

Experience
You’ve done a good amount of customer service stuff in retail or over the phones. And have been known to be nice and care about people.
