Job description
Our client a leading independent Estate Agency in Leicester is looking for an exceptional Lettings Administrator to join their team. This is a great company to work for with an extremely professional and friendly team, where you will look forward to going to work!
You will need to be a highly organised and efficient individual with the ability to multi-task and prioritise your work load, as well as a strong attention to detail, ideally with a background in Lettings.
Key skills required:
Previous administration experience
A Keen eye for detail
Strong IT Skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent telephone manner
Extremely well presented
A strong team player
Previous experience and knowledge of Lettings would be an advantage
A "can do" attitude
Responsibilities will include:
Dealing with enquiries and tenants applications
Liaising with tenants and landlords
Preparing tenancy agreements
Completing referencing procedures
Arranging inventories, keys and gas safety certificates
Answering telephones and dealing with customers in the office
Assisting with administrative duties for all the staff in the office
Other general administrative duties that may arise.
Salary: £16,000 plus bonus and other benefits (after 6 months probation potential for basic to increase to £18,000 plus bonus)
Hours: Monday - Friday 08.45 - 18.00, Alternate Saturdays 10.00- 15.00
Holidays: 22 days per annum
