Customer Service Advisors - Wentworth Wooden Puzzles, Pinkney

Job description

Wentworth Wooden Puzzles needs help during the Christmas and New Year trading period (October to January). Ideal candidates will be able to quickly and accurately enter orders onto our computer system (a full job description and training will be given). They will also be required to respond to customer enquiries, so a good telephone manner is essential.

This period is a very busy time for Wentworth, so the ability to work under pressure is a definite advantage, as are a good eye for detail and previous customer service/sales/office experience.

We need one more Santa’s helper - starting Oct 21st.

The working days are Mon - Fri up to 8 hours a day between 9am and 8pm. There is a possibility for this role to become a permanent zero hours contract.

You must be able to drive, we are located in Pinkney, SN16 0NX.
