Our Team Managers are 'people people' who know how to get the best from others. Working with your Unit Business Manager, you'll lead, support and motivate your teams to deliver superb customer service and excellent sales results.

Team Managers need high-level communication and influencing skills, as well as proven experience of supervising and inspiring teams. You’ll have previous operational experience, ideally in a branded retail or catering background and most certainly from a customer service led industry.

The role is a permanent contract of 40 hours over 5 shifts. There are no split shifts however applicants must be flexible to work a variety of shifts and due to the store opening hours must be aged 18 or over. The starting salary is up to £22k per annum depending on experience.
