To apply for an Team Manager (Assistant Manager) role you will have first-rate communication and influencing skills, plus proven experience of supervising Team Leaders and Teams. On top of that, you’ll need to be the kind of person who can make quick decisions, challenge the norm and get things done! You’ll also be fully involved in recruitment, staff development and business strategy. Management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced food or retail outlet is essential. This will be matched with drive, passion and a proven ability to rise to a challenge and exceed expectations.

There are no split shifts and the contracted hours are 40 over 5 shifts. Applicants must be flexible to work a combination of shifts on a rota basis.
