We are looking for a full time Assistant Manager (Team Manager) to join our Starbucks Store at Hopwoood Park Motorway Services, Jct 2, M42 Motorway, Redditch Road, Alvechurch, Birmingham, and inspire the team to be the best they can be. As an Assistant Manager (Team Manager) you will work with your Unit Business Manager, sharing responsibility for leading, supporting and motivating your teams to achieve brilliant results, a superb customer experience and excellent sales performance, ensuring that we never deliver anything less than the highest standards of customer service.

First-rate communication and influencing skills are really important here, plus proven experience of supervising team leaders and their teams. On top of that, you’ll need to be the kind of person who can make quick decisions, challenge the norm and get things done! You’ll also be fully involved in recruitment, staff development and business strategy. Management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced food service outlet is essential. This will be matched with drive, passion and a proven ability to rise to a challenge and exceed expectations.

This is a permanent contract of full time 35 hours over 5 days per week. Ideally applicants will be flexible to work a range of shifts.
