To apply for an Team Manager (Assistant Manager) role you will have first-rate communication and influencing skills, plus proven experience of supervising Team Leaders and Teams. On top of that, you’ll need to be the kind of person who can make quick decisions, challenge the norm and get things done! You’ll also be fully involved in recruitment, staff development and business strategy. Management or supervisory experience in a fast-paced food or retail outlet is essential.
