Product Designer
CDI
Job description
As a Product Designer, you’ll play a central role in shaping the user experience of WeezPay, our cashless payment product, used by both event organizers and on-the-ground staff. You will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and other Designers to ensure a coherent, delightful, and efficient user experience across all Weezevent products (WeezPay, WeezTicket, WeezAccess, and WeezCrew).
You’ll work on a mix of:

- User journeys spanning multiple products (e.g., from ticketing to payment to access)
- Design system evolution, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across our suite
This is a strategic and hands-on role, ideal for someone who loves complex systems, enjoys collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and wants to see their work used live at iconic events.
What You’ll Do
- Lead UI/UX design initiatives for WeezPay back-office, POS system, operational tools, and attendee interfaces.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to translate business goals into intuitive user experiences.
- Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing with organizers, staff, and end users.
- Create wireframes, flows, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Work closely with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect and interaction-accurate implementation.
- Contribute to and help maintain a shared design system, ensuring cross-product consistency.
- Participate in cross-product design reviews to align UX patterns across WeezTicket, WeezAccess, and WeezCrew.
- Advocate for UX best practices and accessibility within the product and engineering teams.
Help build a culture of design excellence inside a fast-moving product organization.
