Job description

We are looking to recruit a Sales Manager with a strong Sales focus. The goal is to ensure profitable growth of our business, relying on two key pillars: sales and the management of a sales team. As of summer 2025, the team is composed of 4 Sales Representatives, 6 Project Managers and 1 Client Service Advisor.


Key Responsibilities


Definition and execution of the commercial strategy



  • Define the sales strategy in line with the company’s global objectives and the specificities of the local market.

  • Identify growth opportunities, develop the client portfolio, and strengthen brand presence.



Management and development of teams (sales and project managers)



  • Lead, motivate, and coach the team on a daily basis to achieve and exceed set objectives.

  • Support sales representatives in their prospecting, negotiation, and client retention activities.



Business development and client relationship



  • Prospect and secure new strategic clients.

  • Strengthen relationships with existing clients to increase loyalty and develop upselling/cross-selling opportunities.



Reporting & internal coordination



  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (revenue, sales activity) to optimize commercial performance.

  • Provide reporting on results, forecasts, and market developments.



Market monitoring and local adaptation



  • Track sector trends, competition, and country-specific regulatory developments.

  • Adapt offers and sales approaches to the specific needs of the market.

Desired profile

The knowledge of the event industry — particularly the music sector — and of its key decision-makers, along with ease in working with SaaS solutions, are key success factors.


The working languages are German for day-to-day operations and team management, and English for communication with the company’s management.


Your strong managerial skills make you an exemplary manager. Leadership and assertiveness are your defining characteristics. You understand that success is a collective endeavor. Your ability to anticipate, your pragmatism, and your responsiveness enable you to coordinate everyone's efforts.
