Job description
In collaboration with the Client Service Manager, you manage the relationship with our users. With responsiveness, empathy and a smile, you support our customers in using our various products and help them resolve any problems they encounter.
You feel concerned by our customers' issues and want to find the best solutions for each of them. As a true facilitator, you are also in contact with all of Weezevent's departments (marketing, management, billing, technical, product, sales, etc.). Your main missions are :
- Receiving and processing incoming requests (via telephone, emails and social networks);
- Following up on complaints;
- Creating quotes for prospects and monitoring invoicing;
- Ad hoc management of customer hotlines (telephone and emails);
- Producing content: online help articles.
This is a fixed terms contract from March to October.
Desired profile
We’re looking for a great team member !
- You're native in German and fluent in English or native in German and fluent in French ;
- You have a positive, open and flexible attitude ;
- You work meticulously with sense of humour and a problem-solving mindset ;
- You like helping people, providing them with answers and making their lives easier ;
- You like talking to the waiter/waitress and/or the cashier/cashier at the supermarket ;
- Resourceful, you are convinced that there are no problems, only solutions to be found;
- You stay calm when everyone gets upset.
