The Role

We are searching for someone who is passionate about removing barriers between people and the information they need to do their jobs. If you’re a delivery focused self-starter with serious design skills, data visualization experience and an obsession for simplicity and clarity, this is the place for you.

Responsibilities

· 
Translate complex or ambiguous data into intuitive, interactive user interfaces.

· 
Build compelling, accurate, and engaging visualizations that reveal insights and accelerate effective decision-making.

· 
Capture user requirements and develop storyboards, wireframes, visual, interactive prototypes and production dashboards

· 
Participate in usability testing, maintaining visual and user experience requirements

· 
Identify and evangelize design best practices in data visualization that promote user friendly and high-quality visualizations

· 
Build and revise graphic standards and reference documents including layouts, wire frame templates, best practices and standards for communications, knowledge management and user experiences.

Qualifications

· 
Bachelor's Degree

· 
3 years of hands-on work experience with Tableau (Power BI or Qlik experience will be considered)

· 
Tableau Desktop Certified Professional or equivalent preferred

· 
Academic credentials in Graphic Design, Industrial Design or User Experience

Skills

· 
Outstanding analytical skills with the ability to convey complex ideas in easy-to-understand concepts clearly and an elegant design sense.

· 
Ability to work quickly and iteratively to convert business requirements into rapid prototypes to meet critical deadlines

· 
Experience working in finance or operations environment (FP&A, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Payroll, etc.) preferred

· 
A working knowledge of basic statistics preferred

· 
Direct, plain-spoken, authentic demeanor with excellent verbal, written, and visual communication skills

· 
A compelling visual design portfolio showcasing examples of information visualization.
