Job description

An opportunity has opened up within the Production department for a Production Intern to assist our producers on their events. Production is at the heart of the business, feeding every other department with critical information and strategy. We focus on broad and extensive market research, writing great conference agendas, securing industry-leading figures as speakers, writing great sales copy, and driving the whole project team.
Responsibilities:
• Web development and App development - ensuring all websites and apps are up to date and accurate.
• Research & analysis - finding leads, the correct people in the correct industries and their contact details.
• Industry liaison - working to extract required information from speakers (eg, logos, photographs and biographical information).
• Onsite Leadership - working with the Production Assistant and assisting with all the Production assistant’s needs.

Desired profile

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in International Business, Events and marketing related degrees.
• Research & Qualitative analysis.
• Working knowledge of Excel and Online Marketing Campaigns are an asset.
• Organisation, time management and high attention to detail.
• Solid communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit.
