For an international ambitious fast growing and dynamic company in the retail industry I am looking for a fluent English speaking Retail Support Coordinator. As a Retail Support Coordinator you are responsible for supporting the retail stores in the Europe region. You will also enter orders placed by phone or email, monitor inventory and stock levels and deal with deliveries and returns. Do you recognize yourself within this profile? Apply now!

Tasks & responsibilities

• Offer retail stores fast, consistent and high quality support


• Enters orders placed by phone or email


• Work closely with the retail buyer and store managers to generate and maintain the best assortment per store.


• Optimize the product flow of the retail stores by checking up on the inventory levels


• Monitor the daily replenishment of stock


• Follow up with adjustments and cancellations


• Handle cancellations and returns


• Manage credit notes and direct invoices


• Manage that all master data in the system is up to date and accurate.


• Provide reports and statistics to the Management


• Monitoring delivery problems

Skills & education

• Fluent English and preferably German/French/Italian


• Minimum MBO level


• Experienced within B2B customer service


• Passionate for helping out others


• Enthusiastic, flexible and proactive


• Retail experience is a big plus, store manager experience preferred


• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills.


• Excel is a must, Retail Pro and AX are a plus
