JOB SPECIFICATION - Sales Manager- Hygiene, Cleaning, Janitorial Chemicals
This is an expansion role which has come about as a result of the Managing Director now concentrating on a successful and growing new venture, so he now needs someone to manage and develop sales in this, the core business for the group. A mix of existing and new business. The former will centre around looking after around twenty key accounts, across all market sectors. 40% to 60% of your time will be spent looking after existing accounts and generating new business specifically for the company’s branded range which goes into the food manufacturing market. You will be working across two companies in the group; one which is mainly branded products, the other supplies via distributors and resellers on an own/ private label basis. There is huge potential to range sell to existing customers as well as get into new ones. You will play a big role in shaping the company and driving it forward.

To be considered for this challenging, but potentially financially and career rewarding role in you will need a proven track record of success selling hygiene, cleaning chemicals other products or services into food manufacturing, industrial, institutional and commercial end user markets.

Established in 1976 my client is a group of companies which manufactures a very wide range of hygiene, cleaning, hand and skincare, odour control and janitorial chemicals for use in a very wide range of markets including the food industry, general industry/ manufacturing/ engineering including automotive and any potential institutional, commercial end user including NHS, schools, colleges, local authorities, and facilities management companies etc. Blended and packed at their Midlands operation, they also carry stocks so they can also do quick turnarounds on popular chemicals.
