Poste et missions:
- To manage the feasibility study (product, process, …) and make the cost valuation during the RFQ to reach the customer requirements.
- To build customer relationships, manage project to reach the targets of quality, cost, time and customer requirements.
- To manage the project team and help them from RFQ to end of the life of the product.
- To set and implement various systems/methodologies to improve the project management in order to be more efficient.
The project manager is the customer representative for all projects related matters
Feasibility and Devis:
- Coordinates with Indian and French/Group team the feasibility study and quotation in collaboration with the sales manager.
- Analyse the risks. Propose the technical and economic strategy.
- Validates the scenario to be proposed to the customer.
- Prepares the proposal along with the sales Engineer.
Projects:
- Manage the communication with the customer and represent the customer and their needs internally
- Organizes the meetings/visits
- Keep the customer updated on the project status after consulting the project team
- Leads the project team to ensure that the project is achieved with the required margins and level of quality.
- Organize internal project review, assist the project team and manage the planning.
- Give assistance for technical clarification at design stage,
- Finalize contractual delivery schedule with customer, and make delivery plan,
- Supply of requested project documentation to customer,
- Organization and supervision of customer audits or material inspection,
- Manage the budget allocated on the project and propose all the solutions for saving.
- Make a synthesis of the indicators of the project (milestones, costs, profitability, engagement of investments) and present the same to the management and drive the action plans in case of deviations
- Develop the relationship with the technical team of the customers.
- Build network at the customer‘s end to identify any new opportunities.
