As Vice President of Importer Business, you will step into a dynamic role where you will get a chance to shape the future to develop the business and accelerate our current and future position in related markets. You will report to the SVP Industrial Business unit. The position is located in Gothenburg.

Core responsibilities

·  Empower and guide a dedicated techno-commercial team in a culturally diverse setting.  
·  Drive the Volvo Penta Business with full profit and loss responsibility. 
·  Develop long term and short-term business plans including growth, profitability and sustainability 
·  Grow and establish relations with customers and partners. 
·  Secure continuous Importer performance management 
·  Be an integral part of the Industrial Management team driving our team's success and collective achievements forward 

Your profile and experience

The successful candidate will have shown a winning attitude and great persona in combination with a strong track record and experience of business roles in a global commercial environment. You understand the importance of communicating a clear vision and goal, you know how to engage a global and multi-cultural team. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to adapt to changes in the marketplace to secure customer and business success.
