Your mission:

Make it happen

In this role, you’ll:

·  Lead and coordinate  the transport of parts from global suppliers to end customers.
·  Act as the go-to expert  for operational issues, customer questions, and logistics challenges.
·  Organize urgent transport solutions  with speed and accuracy.
·  Resolve transport deviations  like late deliveries or missing documents.
·  Oversee customs and invoicing processes , ensuring compliance and efficiency.
·  Collaborate across teams and borders , working on high-impact projects that keep our production lines moving.
·  Monitor and improve  the performance of external logistics partners.

This role is based at our Ghent site and requires you to perform administrative tasks across both day and rotating shifts — flexibility is essential.

Who are you?

·  A higher education degree or equivalent experience
·  A positive, proactive mindset

·  Solid Excel skills and a quick grasp of new systems

·  Fluency in Dutch and English
·  Willingness to work in a two-shift rotation system. You work in an early and/or late shift approximately every 2 out of 6 weeks. The other weeks you work in a day shift.
