Wat ga je doen?
Binnen het Shipping-team werk je actief mee aan het digitaliseren en automatiseren van belangrijke shippingprocessen. Zo help je dagelijkse workflows efficiënter, betrouwbaarder en eenvoudiger beheersbaar te maken.
Je zal:
• bestaande processen in kaart brengen en vertalen naar concrete verbetermogelijkheden
• bijdragen aan procesmapping binnen het kader van Strategic Workforce Planning 2030
• samen met het team verbeteringen bedenken, testen en implementeren
• nieuwe werkwijzen documenteren zodat collega’s deze eenvoudig kunnen toepassen
Afhankelijk van jouw interesses en digitale vaardigheden kan je ook:
• eenvoudige digitale tools of dashboards ontwikkelen om opvolging en performantie inzichtelijker te maken

Essentieel
• Je bent Bachelor- of Masterstudent in Supply Chain, Logistiek of een vergelijkbare richting
• Je hebt affiniteit met digitalisering en haalt energie uit procesoptimalisatie
• Je kan processen structureren, visualiseren en helder communiceren
• Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt ownership en volgt acties op
• Je bent communicatief sterk, werkt graag in teamverband en staat graag in contact met verschillende stakeholders
Pluspunten
• interesse in continuous improvement (bv. basis Leanprincipes)
• vaardigheden in Excel en/of datavisualisatie (bv. Power BI
• interesse in tools zoals Power Automate of eenvoudige automatisaties
