 This will be us - your new colleagues within CPA SAP& Business Admin, Finance Core Systems, General Accounting under Technology.

Technology is a new function within Group Digital & IT with a big stake in the Group’s digital transformation. We will modernize Volvo’s core digital backbone making it a platform for digital products. Our Foundational IT products are used by digital product teams and enable them and their products to outperform Volvo’s competitors. Our digital talents develop capabilities and digital technologies to improve business performance and create value for the Group with speed and at scale.  

 

In this position you will be part of the General Accounting solution center in the Finance Core Systems .

What we are looking for ?

We are seeking an experienced SAP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP MM and FI/CO modules within an S/4HANA environment. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes in procurement, inventory management, finance, and controlling, and will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP S/4HANA solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

·  Configure and customize SAP MM and FI/CO modules within the S/4HANA platform.
·  Configure SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, Bank Accounting) and CO (Cost Centers, Internal Orders, Profit Centers, COPA).
·  Analyze and map business processes to SAP functionalities.
·  Lead and participate in SAP S/4HANA implementations and upgrades.
·  Conduct end-user training and prepare documentation.
·  Troubleshoot and resolve system and process issues in MM and FI/CO.
·  Integrate MM with FI/CO, SD, and other SAP modules.
·  Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings and audits.
·  Optimize procurement, inventory management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and cost controlling process.
·  Prepare functional specifications for RICEF (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms).
·  Knowledge of SAP Central Finance, Group Reporting, or Treasury
·  In-depth understanding of Universal Journal (ACDOCA), New Asset Accounting
·  Experience with S/4HANA Fiori Apps and SAP Activate methodology.
·  Good knowledge on Substitution and Validations, House to House transfers.
·  Configuration of purchasing, inventory, valuation and invoice verification
·  Business Partner approach in S/4HANA
·  Output Management (BRF+ in S/4HANA) & Data migration using LTMC/LSMW
·  Integration with NON SAP applications by using different types of “ API’s
·  Good Knowledge in invoice verification and deviations.

·  Good Team player and having the ability to lead a team when it’s required.
·  Establish guidelines and work instructions when applicable.
·  Relevant university degree.
·  Exhibit good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
·  Should be proficient in English.
