The shipping/receiving clerk manages the receipt and/or shipment of goods, ensuring the process is done with accuracy and timeliness.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Process receipts for all incoming products and discrete purchase orders.
· Assist receiving dock associate with incoming freight shipments by checking off for accuracy and completeness.
· Perform receipts in ERP system for incoming products and purchase orders.
· Print and process audit trails for all receipts.
· Verify and file all receiving paperwork.
· Process aftermarket orders through shopping process.
· Assist packing associate lift, tie parts to racks, bag/box/wrap/paint parts when needed.
· Process paperwork for all outgoing shipments.
· Schedule pickup of miscellaneous items, such as scrap, trash removal, PPG totes etc.
· Perform various scheduling to and from warehouses.
· Maintain a clean work area including the dock and office areas.
· Adherence to safety policies, procedures and practices.
· Support and demonstrate organizations goals and values.
· Demonstrate teamwork by collaborating with others to improve overall standards of performance and service.
· Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, both internal and external.
· Perform other duties as assigned by Logistics Supervisor and/or command structure.

· Be able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and be able to work in a standing, bending, and/or stretching position
· Have Excellent Communication skills
· Have good computer skills(MS Outlook/Excel/Word)ERP/MRP system navigation
· Knowledgeable working within welding/production lines
· Problem solving skills
· Punctuality and time management skills
· Must be process driven and know how to take a systematic approach to the job.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High school diploma/equivalent or higher education
