주요 업무 Job description

·  WPP(Workshop & Parts Process) 기준에 따라 딜러(서비스센터)의 프로세스 준수 여부 및 프로세스별 시스템 사용 적정성 감사 및 컨설팅
·  31개 딜러의 사용자 대상 시스템 운용 지원, 표준화 및 사용자 교육 수행
·  시스템 개선 활동(Change Request 생성 포함) 기획 및 실행
·  DMS(Dealer Management System) 및 관련 시스템의 운영, 유지보수 및 개선 지원
·  신규 시스템 도입 시, 설정, 기능 테스트 및 롤 아웃(Roll-out) 지원
·  딜러 성과 향상을 위한 KPI 모니터링 및 데이터 분석을 통한 개선 활동 수행
·  스웨덴 본사와의 상시 협업을 통한 시스템 및 프로세스의 글로벌 수준 유지 및 개선

 

자격 요건 Qualifications

·  경력 최소 3년 이상 (직무 연관성과 실질 경험을 중점적으로 평가)
·  4년제 대졸 학력 이상, 전공 무관
·  영어 중급 이상 (문서 독해, 작성 및 일반적 영어회화 가능수준)
·  컴퓨터 활용 능력 보유자 (MS office등) 우대
·  ISO internal auditor certification (9001 & 14001 & 45001) 보유자 우대 
·  해외 출장에 결격 사유가 없는 자

 

근무조건, 급여, 복리후생

·  근무 시간 : 월~금 09:00~18:00 (최대 월 4일 재택근무, 선택적근로시간제) *비즈니스 환경에 따라 조정될 수 있음
·  휴일: 토요일, 일요일, 공휴일
·  휴가: 연차휴가, 특별휴가, 경조휴가 등
·  급여: 협의
·  복리후생: 의료비, 자녀학자금, 복지포인트, 종합건강검진, 자기개발 지원 등 기타 자세한 사항은 별도 문의
