To make this vision a reality, we are looking for a Property Manager (m/w/d) to join our Volvo Group Real Estate Services team at the Konz site .
Your Impact in This Role
As our Property Manager , you’ll oversee key properties in the region, ensuring that our sites aren’t just maintained but optimized to align with Volvo’s ambitious sustainability and innovation goals.
Here’s what you’ll do:
· Lifecycle Management : Conduct property condition assessments, develop long-term maintenance plans, and ensure smooth operations across technical areas (e.g., HVAC, electrical, security).
· Project Leadership : Plan, coordinate, and execute property projects while managing documentation and system updates.
· Compliance Assurance : Stay ahead of laws, regulations, and internal directives related to property management, safety, and finances.
· Budget Oversight : Manage property budgets, track costs, and identify opportunities for sustainable savings.
· Investment Planning : Analyze and prioritize property investment needs, preparing solid cases to support decisions.
· Sustainability Focus : Lead energy optimization initiatives and implement green practices in daily operations.
· Health & Safety Champion : Ensure compliance and uphold a safe environment for everyone on-site.
· Supplier Collaboration : Select and negotiate with contractors and suppliers, working closely with Volvo’s purchasing teams.
Who are you?

Here’s what makes you a great fit:
· A degree in civil engineering, utility/electrical engineering, facility management , or a comparable qualification.
· Several years of professional experience in property management or the real estate sector , particularly in managing building systems.
· Proven skills in project management —industrial experience and contract negotiation skills are a big plus.
· Strong cross-functional collaboration skills in a multicultural environment .
· Fluency in English (written and spoken).
· Advanced proficiency in IT systems and MS Office .
· A structured, service-oriented work style and willingness to travel regionally and nationally.
