What you will do

Key/Primary Responsibilities 主要工作职责

• Daily communication with Sales Regions & Volvo logistics 与各销售区域及沃尔沃物流开展日常沟通对接

・ Order maintenance: receive and confirm in time 订单维护：及时接收并确认订单

・ Coordination on the order change 订单变更相关协调工作

・ Coordination on the machine export arrangement 设备出口安排协调

・ Coordination on the machine delivery 设备交付协调

・ Operation and maintain MOM system: keep timeliness and accuracy MOM 系统操作与维护，保障数据及时性与准确性

・ Planning & reports 计划编制及报表输出

・ File shipment documents 归档发货单据

・ Monthly stock verification 月度库存盘点核对

・ Work timely on other tasks as assigned by the department head 及时完成部门主管交办的其他工作 

Who are you?

Candidate Profile 任职要求

・ Experience on planning or logistics 具备计划或物流相关工作经验 Knowledge 知识背景

・ 1 or 2 years working on related working field. 1‑2 年相关领域工作经验

・ Good knowledge of products 熟悉公司产品 Skills 技能要求

・ Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills 优秀沟通及人际交往能力

・ Ability of problem solving and analysis 分析与问题解决能力

・ Familiar working on office soft. 熟练使用办公软件

・ Possess core competencies of Volvo 认同并具备沃尔沃核心胜任力 Education 学历

・ Junior college’s degree in industrial engineering 工业工程相关专业大专学历 Languages Requirement 语言要求

・ Good English speaking and writing skill 良好的英语读写及口语能力
