Project Management Support

 

What you will do

As a Complete Vehicle Product Builds team member, you will closely work with the Engineering Designers, Suppliers, Manufacturing and Purchase teams. You are pivotal in enabling the Builds related to Physical Trucks, Rigs or Mules etc. You are using Virtual Truck, Engineering Data, software in successful builds. Truck Knowledge, Repair/ Rebuild, Project Management, Data, CAD, VSWD, Automation are few things needed, for being successful in this role.

 

You will work with the Global teams and expected to support different sites i.e Australia to America’s. You will embrace change and there by implement new processes and solutions. Continuous improvement, Digital Transformation, Automation are key for our efficient deliveries. 

 

Responsibilities

·  Work closely with the Project team to secure the Physical Builds (Trucks, Rigs or Mules) in collaboration with cross functional teams. (Engineering hardware/software, Logistics, Purchasing, Manufacturing,)
·  Project Management support skills for Planning, Risk Mitigation, Stakeholder management, Communication.
·  Use the Virtual Trucks to secure the Physical Builds. Explore opportunities to minimize the need for Build, Rebuild or Rework.
·  Vehicle update/Software update, Rebuilds for Physical Truck Built.
·  Continuous Improvement mindset to improvise on the existing process or ways of working. 
·  Curious and eager to learn / work in technology impacting the Automotive Industry. ( E Mob, Fuel Cell, Hybrid , H2ICE,Digital Transformation,)
·  Drive for results with Product Knowledge, Process ,People Collaboration.

Required:

·  Bachelor’s degree in engineering ( Mechanical, Industrial etc.)
·  1+ years of Engineering and project management support experience
