Parts Advisor – Hayes
Salary: Up to £32,000 p.a. + 10% Quarterly Bonus!
OTE: £35,000–£36,000 includes overtime – 1 in 3 Saturdays 0630hrs to 1200hrs (other overtime available)
Join the team at Volvo Truck and Bus Hayes , part of one of the most respected brands in the commercial vehicle industry. We’re looking for a Parts Advisor to support our busy operation, ensuring our customers and technicians get the parts and service they need, every time.
Monday to Friday - 1 in 3 Saturday mornings
Rotating shift: 0600hrs to 1430hrs/1230hrs to 2100hrs
1 in 3 Saturday mornings 6:30 – 12:00 at overtime, time and a half

What will you be doing
· Handling parts enquiries from retail customers, workshop, and trade accounts
· Ordering, receiving, and issuing parts accurately and efficiently
· Managing stock levels and maintaining up-to-date records
· Building strong relationships with customers and internal teams
· Delivering excellent customer service in line with Volvo standards
About you
· Experience as a Parts Advisor or Parts Assistant (automotive, truck, or bus industry preferred)
· hold full driving licence
· Confident communicator with great organisational and IT skills
· A proactive team player who takes pride in delivering quality service
· Knowledge of Volvo systems or commercial vehicle parts is an advantage
