Job Purpose
· Dealer Development
· Competence development
· Customer support - aftermarket
· Warranty claims , administration , development
· Provide training for inhouse system
Job Duties & Responsibilites
· Meet with HQ on business alignment, KPI, areas of improvement
· Coordinate regular meetings within department to manage activities / issues
· Identify inefficiencies in a department's productivity and performance
· Identifying new business opportunities
· Building and maintaining relationships
· Developing and implementing strategies
· Collaborating with internal teams
· Support training program, seminar, road show
· Business Partner License - yearly billing (BPM)
· Marine specialized dealer assessment (BPM)
· Dealer survey - check contact and update (BPM)
· Material return to HQ for material analysis
· Keep records of CS stock and engine inventory and stock on loan
· Process warranty claims, working with CS on regular basis - weekly update
· KPI development, working with HQ and dealer network
· Research new innovative ways to improve the business model through technology and resources
· Building relationships dealers / customer with potential clients, and developing strategies to expand the company's customer base
· They essentially drive revenue growth by finding and and nurturing new leads and partnerships
· Working with customer support and dealers to process warranty claims on time, working closely with CS team
· Require to place parts order for warranty claim job
· Conduct yearly warranty audit
· Working with HQ on warrnty waste
· Yearly warranty access review
Job Requirement
· Diploma in Business Studies or equivalent, with good knowledge into administrative experience
· Proficient in MS Excel/Words/Power BI
· May travel to HQ and dealer visit
· Experience in engineering enviroment
· Regular meeting with HQ
· Good interpersonal skills with ability to build good rapport with all level of working colleagues
· May travel to HQ and dealer visit
