About the NATS Program:

National Apprenticeship Training Scheme is one of the flagship programmes of Government of India for Skilling Indian Youth in Trade disciplines. The National Apprenticeship Training Scheme under the provisions of the Apprentices Act, 1961 amended in 1973; Volvo Group offers Graduate,a practical, hands-on On-the-Job-Training (OJT) based skilling opportunities with duration of 1 year.

Qualifications & Experience
Programming knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript.
Good knowledge of SQL.
Willingness to work within application maintenance and support teams.
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web technologies.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Familiarity with version control systems like GitHub.
Knowledge of automation tools like Selenium and UFT.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Complete proficiency in English.
Continuous improvement mindset.
Passionate about automation.
Execute manual and automated test cases to ensure product quality.
Identify, report, and track software defects and bugs.
Work closely with developers to resolve issues.
Perform functional, regression, and system testing.
Document testing procedures and results.
Ensure the software meets customer and business requirements.
