Flexis is the new company in the green logistics sector, with the mission to create more sustainable societies and change the way we move goods through cities.
Mission
The Head of Strategic Planning and Partnerships mission is to build and maintain company’s overall strategy, relevant partnerships and prepare the business operating model with 10-year horizon.
Main activities
• Strategic Planning and Development:
o Lead the development and execution of strategic initiatives to support organizational growth and transformation.
o Conduct market analysis and competitive assessments to identify opportunities, threats, and strategic gaps.
o Collaborate with senior leadership to define short- and long-term strategic goals.
o Establish metrics to track and assess the success of strategic initiatives.
• Partnership Management:
o Identify, cultivate, and manage key partnerships with organizations, institutions, and stakeholders that align with strategic objectives.
o Negotiate and oversee partnership agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and values.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, fostering collaboration and mutual benefits.
Main interfaces
External: Executives, purchasing, RSE and technical decision makers
Internal: all the functions with specific focus on CEO and CFO
Main KPI’s // accountability (reflection on criteria for incentives)
Process set-up and monitoring
Company growth and valuation
Skills:
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with a track record of developing successful growth strategies.
Strong sales & negotiations skills including ability to manage customer relationships in complex environments.
Strong customer orientation with holistic view to build trust.
Agile and eager to learn & share.
Able to work cross functionally in project mode.
Act as a real tam player, promoting collaboration and support.
Fluent English and French, German as nice to have.
Experience:
Strong experience of multi-party partnerships business development.
Strategy experience a strong plus

We want to become the primary provider of electrified urban logistics services through connected solutions and vehicles for our B2B partners and customers.
To make this project come true, the Joint Venture Flexis has received initial funding and support from 3 major players of the commercial vehicle sector.
We are a team of diverse peers looking to create a future company which will grow to 100+ collaborators over the next six months. We aim to make this project raising significant investments and reach rapidly a significant size with sales in excess of 2Bn. We are thinking big and fast. We will operate at the junction between electric vehicles and the digital world.
