Monitor and handle the customer complaints within the agreed time frame and drive process improvements by collaborating with different partners in the organization.

 

Your main focus will be :

·  Handling the incoming claims on deviations in our supply chain from opening the case, checking the pre-requisites, follow up till closing.
·  Continuously improve by using customers’ feedback to make changes to our services, or processes and finally meet the needs of our customers.
·  Collaborate with other departments to closely monitor the markets or type of claims and take proactive measures

 

Your future team

 

The discrepancy and rebalancing team is part of the Service Center community in SML Gent EU. You will be part of a small and dynamic team. Together with this team you are responsible for the administrative and financial handling of our customer complaints and returns to the central distribution center in Ghent.

Who are you?

We believe that you have a customer focused mindset and a high interest in logistics. We think you have a strong drive with a positive attitude, able to work in a multi-cultural environment. You are familiar with problem solving methods to find the root cause. You are eager to share and keep on learning in areas such as data visualization. You are fluent in Dutch and English.
