The position

As a Digital Product Manager (DPM) for our UI Framework in Digital Channels & Design, you will manage a strategically important product. This product is designed to support developers in service development teams and enable partners to thrive within our digital ecosystem. 

 

You will own and drive the product roadmap and making we meet expectations from business stakeholder to engineers. With focus on the developer experience, efficiency and collaboration, you will guide the product through all stages, from concept to delivery, including budget forecasting and follow-up, ensuring great value is delivered.  

Key responsibilities

Roadmap & Backlog management: In close dialogue with users of the UI Framework and stakeholders from our different business areas and with their input prioritize the team’s back log and align roadmaps. You will make sure that the team understand our users’ needs, our business strategy, objectives and technology.  

 

Collaboration and Communication: You will act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and the development team. You will foster a collaborative environment, building strong relationships across departments and being highly communicative. Being an outgoing person with good abilities in building and maintaining strong relationships. 

 

Ownership: You will take full ownership of the product, driving continuous improvements in the team's way of working, while displaying owner’s mentality.  You will establish scalable, reusable systems and tools to streamline and reduce complexity. 
Maintain a close dialogue with your team manager to support the growth and development of team members. Furthermore, you will regularly touch base with your manager regarding the vision and budget of the team to align strategic priorities. 

 

Cross Functional Leader: You will lead, plan and report the ongoing work in relevant forums and communities. In the team you will also drive requirements together with the Business Analyst, the team and the stakeholders. You will contribute and drive common topics in the product team and the Digital Product Manager fora. 

 

End-2-End: Our product has dependency to other products and services teams. Expectations include to drive priority for other teams who need to be involved​ and together with other Product owners/managers, part of the E2E delivery, be proactive and secure that the underlaying components strategy supports the E2E strategy. Be responsible to continuously make sure competitor and market analysis is done ​ 
for your product.

You will be part of the UI Framework team. We are a team of Developers and tester, BA, Architect, and Digital Product Manager who work together to create great results. We are of course using the up-to-date technologies delivering a modern micro service-based service platform hosted in the cloud. We use agile methods and are adopting the DevSecOps model. Your profile

You should have the ability to coach, lead and encourage others to make the environment thrive and grow. Lastly, you should have a strong business understanding and great relationship building skills. 

We also believe you have:

·  Relevant university degree 
·  Previous experience in similar roles (Digital Product Manager / Owner)  
·  Experience from Agile way of working and understanding of SAFe methodology.  
·  Great Knowledge and ability to create and present product roadmaps and statuses.  

 

Experience from the automotive industry and understanding of different UI frameworks and SDK´s are considered a strong merit. 

 

Have a valid work-permit for Sweden, if not EU-citizen. Fluent in Swedish and English – both written and spoken.
